YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS:
All recordings are stored locally on your device. We don't upload or access your recordings, you're in complete control. We leverage the option to enable a PIN feature to lock down gathered data and evidence. We store recordings and data locally on the users device in a way that protects it from malicious destruction and deletion.
WHY IT MATTERS:
From the news and internet to the home page of this site, we see it all too often that Americans rights are trampled on. Our goal is to not just provide a platform for gathering and securing evidence, but we also see the need to provide a emergency alerting system so that people can get in touch quickly when they are in distress or a legal bind. We have carefully crafted and built those features into this app. We also find it incredibly helpful to setup our users to easily find legal and road side assistance & etc. quickly. We wish to set users up to be informed and successful with legal and emergency matters by way of tools like our collection of legal AI resources & Legal Rights features. I personally have found the legal AI faculties to be very helpful and informative in anything from dealing with police and traffic tickets to dealings with common law marriage divorce and setting up companies. We aim to be a multi resource platform and consider our platform to also be a "insurance" & "legal support system" in addition to a "rights preservation" and evidence gathering resource. We sought to pack as much value as we possibly could into this app. Our intention has been to provide an affordable value packed resource while keeping the infrastructure and overhead as low as possible. We approached this project in this manner in order to be able to afford a reasonable price point for the level of product and user support that we find invaluable as users ourselves. As Americans, we came up with this app as a response to the absence of an offering or resource that we have all personally needed at one point or another in our lives.
