User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you 

(“User,” “you,” or“your”) and Rights Guard AI LLC (“RightsGuardAI,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the RightsGuardAI mobile application, website

(https://www.rightsguardai.com), or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be

bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Geographic Limitation

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. RightsGuardAI is intended solely for use

within the Continental United States. Use outside this region is prohibited.

2. Description of Services

RightsGuardAI provides tools for recording encounters, gathering and securing evidence,

emergency alerting, AI-powered legal research and document analysis, educational legal

resources, and directories for attorneys, bail bond services, roadside assistance, and related

resources. RightsGuardAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

3. No Legal Representation or Advice

RightsGuardAI is not an attorney, law firm, or legal representative. All information provided is for

general informational and research purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal advice.

You are solely responsible for consulting a licensed attorney for legal matters.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable

federal, state, and local laws, including recording consent laws. You are solely responsible for your

data, recordings, communications, and actions taken using the Services.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for unlawful activity, harassment, hate speech, bullying, fraud, spam,

surveillance in violation of law, or any misuse outside the intended personal, non-commercial use.

Any unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

All recordings and evidence are stored locally on your device. RightsGuardAI does not access,

store, or control your data. You retain full ownership and responsibility for your content. See the

Privacy Policy for additional details.

7. Emergency Features Disclaimer

Emergency alerts and safe word features are provided on an “as-is” basis. RightsGuardAI does not

guarantee delivery, timing, accuracy, or effectiveness of alerts and is not responsible for emergency

response outcomes.

8. Subscription and Payments

Premium features are available for a monthly subscription. Payments are processed by third-party

app marketplaces. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or marketplace policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, code, design, branding, and content are owned exclusively by Rights Guard AI LLC

and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as

expressly stated in this Agreement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or

implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RightsGuardAI shall not be liable for any indirect,

incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, legal outcomes, or

personal injury arising from use or inability to use the Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RightsGuardAI from any claims, liabilities, damages,

losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

13. Termination

RightsGuardAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of this

Agreement or applicable law. Termination does not affect your ownership of locally stored data.

14. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Rights Guard

AI LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue shall lie in courts of

competent jurisdiction within that State, unless otherwise required by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in

full force and effect.

16. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes

acceptance of the updated Agreement.
